Please call or email ahead to schedule an appointment if you’d like a meeting with any of our staff members – sorry, we are not currently booking any in person appointments until further notice. We are unable to accommodate drop in or same day appointments. We highly respect our client’s privacy and ask that you value the privacy of others too.

Due to COVID and the safety of our staff, we are not conducting any in person appointments. Instead, we are offering telephone appointments if required. Alternatively, we encourage all clients who have the ability to do so, to email us directly with their questions. All emails are answered within business hours, only. We will do our best to return your email within 24 hours, however, thank you in advance for your patience during tax season in which the return times may be longer.
Review appointments are scheduled only after the data entry has been completed: 24-48 hours turnaround, depending on the complexity of the return as well if all documents have been received. Any taxes dropped off after April 14 cannot be guaranteed to be completed by the deadline. Plan ahead - there are no review appointments available during the final two weeks of April.
No appointments are required to drop off information or to pick up your paperwork. Our drop off slot is open 24 hours – please put your paperwork in a sealed container (envelope, bag, folder…etc.), write your name, phone number and email clearly on your drop off. Please indicate if there are any address, dependent or marital changes.
As our office is small, we allow only one household in the office at a time. You will need to wait outside if there are clients ahead of you and give our staff enough time to sanitize between visits.
Please wear your mask, do not enter if you are sick and be respectful. We’re all in this together.
